It was our first time in Bali and also our first time out of Europe. So we were really excited and we had a lots of questions about the trip. Erni helped a lot for us. We don’t like crowded places, so she suggested many less touristy areas. She answered all of our questions and helped us so much during the holiday. All in all we are extremely satisfied with Erni, our 10 days trip was amazing!
